Voice actor Richard Epcar will be adapting and directing the English dub of "Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence" as well as provide the voice of Batou. Epcar will also be joined by the entire cast of "Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex". The cast will begin recording in September.
