| 9/11/04 GITS Special edition DVD With a scheduled date of 12/7/04, Manga Entertainment will be releasing a special edition DVD of the original Ghost in the Shell. It is too early to acquire specific details on the DVD's content. However, what has been made known is that this version will feature enhanced audio/visual and language options.
GITS2 Graphic Novel Dark Horse Comics has made 1/19/05 the release date for the English translation of Ghost in the Shell 2: Man Machine Interface. The graphic novel will be for mature readers (18+). source: Animenation
